Great Job.
Very professional.
I like how they had photos of everything they had done.
Very good communication over the phone leading up to the date they came.
An excellent job cleaning up, mopping floors, etc., after they finished

Park’s Rooter & Drains helped us at Mill Bay Sushi and also at our downtown location, and the service was outstanding.

They arrived very early before our opening hours to make sure the drain issue was fully taken care of without affecting our business operations. Their response was fast, professional, and extremely considerate of a restaurant environment where timing is critical.

They worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and clearly knew what they were doing. It’s rare to find a contractor who understands how important it is for restaurants to stay up and running, and they went above and beyond to make that happen for us.

Highly recommend Park’s Rooter & Drains for any commercial or restaurant drain issues. Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Raymond and his son provided excellent service. Removed the old shower and installed the new one in one day, arrived on and finished on time as promised, very friendly, happy, honest and sincere, cleaned up beautifully when they finished. We could not have not asked for more. Would recommend them highly. They were extra ordinary!!

Raymond is hands-down the most professional, polite, clean, organized and efficient drain service operator i have ever worked with, and trust me… as a commercial general contractor and multiple property owner, I have worked with many! I used him twice last week and both times I received pre-arrival notifications and he arrived precisely as promised. His van is exceptionally well equipped and perfectly clean and tidy which helps maximize efficiency and professionalism. The invoice was clear, fair, and easy to pay quickly online.

I will only use Parks from now on and have already spread the word because it is such a pleasure to find someone this great, and offering service to such a large region.

Ray is very friendly, knowledgeable and fair. He came out and spent the time to diagnose my problem that other plumbers couldn't figure out. I would highly recommend Parks Rooter and Drains.
